Is this a job offer?

No. This is an invitation to join a freelancer network. Submitting an application does not guarantee work, a project, or employment. We engage qualified applicants as independent contractors for specific projects or trials.

Am I guaranteed ongoing work?

No. Engagements are project-based or trial-based with the possibility of longer-term collaboration by mutual agreement. As an independent contractor you may also work with other clients, subject to agreed conflicts-of-interest and confidentiality limits.

Do I need fixed working hours?

No. We do not impose mandatory daily start or finish times by default. You agree coordination windows and deadlines with the team. You remain responsible for delivering agreed work on time.

What documents will I need if selected?

If selected for onboarding, you'll review and accept an Independent Contractor Services Agreement, a Statement of Work, a confidentiality agreement, and related privacy and security notices. We do not request passports, government IDs, or banking details at the initial application stage.

How is my data handled?

Applications are stored in a secured backend and visible only to authorized Davick administrators. CV files are uploaded to a private, access-controlled bucket. You can request access to or correction of your data, or ask us to delete it.
