Platform: Davick Talent Hub — recruitment & independent contractor onboarding, hosted at onboarding.clientflux.ai.
Technology provider: Powered by ClientFlux AI — a Davick business division providing technology branding and platform infrastructure. ClientFlux AI is not the parent company or the sole employer/client for all freelance opportunities.
Privacy & data contact (administrator-configurable): For privacy requests (access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of optional consent), account issues, and legal inquiries, contact Davick Int'l Trade, LLC through the authorized administrator of this platform. The specific registered address, privacy officer, and contact channel must be confirmed by Davick administrators and qualified counsel before publication — this notice intentionally does not invent those details.
Applicable legal documents: The seven onboarding legal documents (Independent Contractor Services Agreement, Statement of Work, Confidentiality and NDA, Intellectual Property Assignment, Privacy Notice, Information Security and Authorized Access Policy, and Jibble Time Tracking Transparency Notice) are accepted by contractors through the version-controlled electronic-acceptance audit trail. They remain in draft status, available for administrator review only, and are not exposed to contractors or candidates until each document is individually reviewed, approved, and published.
